2. Hosting

External Hosting

The deTRM platform and website are hosted by an external service provider on servers within the EU/EEA. [Hosting provider to be specified, e.g.: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen]

The hosting provider is used for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of secure provision (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the hosting provider.

SSL/TLS Encryption

The deTRM platform uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers. This is indicated by the 'https://' prefix and the lock icon in your browser's address bar.

Withdrawal of Consent

Where data processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal remains unaffected.

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

WHERE DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6 PARA. 1 LIT. E OR F GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO PROCESSING AT ANY TIME. WE WILL THEN NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR DATA, UNLESS THERE ARE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS (ART. 21 PARA. 1 GDPR).

4. Data Collection on This Website and Platform

Categories of Data Processed

In connection with the use of deTRM, we process the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email address, company, role
• Usage data: login logs, feature usage, error reports
• Business data: trading data and reports entered in the system (customer data)
• Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system

Contact Form

Requests submitted via the contact form, including your contact details, are stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Data is deleted once the purpose of storage no longer applies.

Email Inquiries

Contact requests by email are stored for the purpose of processing. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or lit. f GDPR.

deTRM uses technically necessary cookies for session management (e.g., authentication tokens). These are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent.

6. Data Processing on Behalf (B2B)

To the extent that our customers process personal data of their employees or users within deTRM, we act as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) is concluded as part of the main contract.

7. Retention Periods

Account data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 30 days after contract termination, then deleted. Tax-relevant data is subject to statutory retention periods of up to 10 years.

8. Plugins and Tools

Google Fonts (Local Hosting)

This website uses Google Fonts hosted locally. No connection to Google's servers takes place.

Web Analytics / Statistics

This website does not currently use web analytics tools. If analytics tools are deployed in the future, this privacy policy will be updated and your consent obtained where required.

9. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data is only disclosed to third parties in the context of data processing agreements (e.g., hosting providers), where required by law, or with your explicit consent.
